1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowBot ("we", "our", "us"), a product of Axioma Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FlowBot is a no-code chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate customer communication across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. The platform provides:

• Visual flow builder for creating automated conversations
• AI-powered responses using natural language processing
• Multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, and more)
• Contact management and conversation tracking
• Content scheduling and publishing via connected social accounts
• Analytics and performance reporting

3. User Accounts

To use FlowBot, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

FlowBot offers subscription-based plans (Starter, Pro, Business) with different features and usage limits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All plans have defined limits on messages, AI credits, and connected channels — no unlimited resources are offered.

5. Third-Party Integrations

FlowBot integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. By connecting these accounts, you authorize FlowBot to:

• Access your account profile information (name, avatar, display name)
• Send and receive messages on your behalf through connected channels
• Upload and publish content to your social media profiles when authorized
• Read analytics and engagement data from your connected accounts

You may disconnect any third-party account at any time through the FlowBot dashboard. Use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlowBot to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive messaging practices
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Data and Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or transmit through FlowBot. We do not claim ownership of your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement purposes.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlowBot and Axioma Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
